1. Who Ilia is

Ilia is an automated assistant powered by artificial intelligence. He answers questions on the clinic’s behalf and helps you book a visit. Ilia is not a doctor and not a member of the clinic’s staff. The software is made by Bototo Technology LLC.

2. Ilia can make mistakes

Prices, times and information in the chat are a guide. The clinic confirms the final details. The price of treatment is set by the doctor after an examination.

3. Ilia doesn’t give medical advice

Ilia doesn’t diagnose and doesn’t recommend medicines, treatment, first aid or care routines. A chat answer can’t replace a doctor’s consultation. Always follow your doctor’s directions and check any instructions with them. In an emergency, call 112 at once or go to the nearest hospital.

4. Clinic staff are always available

At any step you can ask for a clinic staff member or get the clinic’s phone number and address. Ilia will also offer this himself if you are in pain, if he can’t answer your question, or if your question is about treatment.

5. Who is responsible

The clinic provides the information and the medical care; Bototo Technology LLC provides the software. As far as the law allows, neither the clinic nor BOTOTO is responsible for decisions you make based only on a chat answer.

The clinic receives what you write in the chat in order to book your visit.
